 Midweek
Special: For those who can break away during the week, this is ideal. Four
nights, Sunday – Wednesday or Monday – Thursday for as low as $470.00.
(Midweek Special not available during Christmas or New Year’s Weeks).
The cabin rate accommodates two guests per bedroom. A
couch/sleeper is provided in each cabin for additional guests. There is a
charge of $25 per night or $100 per week for each additional guest.
PETS: Pets are welcome. As a courtesy to all, we ask that pets are
leashed, cleaned up after and kept off the furniture. In order to recover the
cost associated with pets, there is a charge of $30 per pet.
GAS/HEATED GARAGE: Snowmobilers are welcome to work on their sleds in
the lodge’s heated garage. Gas is available at Flying Eagle (one mile away).
DEPOSIT: We will gladly accept reservations by phone or mail, however
all reservations must be confirmed with a deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Upon confirmation, THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
THE FULL LENGTH OF THE RESERVATION. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior
to arrival will be refunded in full if we are able to rent the cabin to
another guest during your confirmed time at the same price. Cancellations made
less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a minimum charge of $25.
If we are able to rent the cabin to another guest during your confirmed time
at the same price, the balance of your deposit (less the $25 service charge)
will be refunded. Last minute cancellations are almost impossible to fill. We
rent to guests months in advance, not on the spur of the moment.
Last minute
cancellations usually result in the guest losing the entire deposit and being
held responsible for the balance of the reservation.

Conversely, given
advanced notice of at least 30 days, we are almost always able to refund 100%
of the deposit.
LACK OF SNOW: If snow conditions are inadequate we will apply your
deposit to another stay.
BIRKIE WEEKEND: No Deposit Refund
Our cabin rates vary by the specific cabin, cabin size, size of your group,
length of your stay and the time of year. If you
