June, July & August Our most popular time of year! This is the Northwoods summer family vacation you remember from childhood.
Fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, biking, horseback rides and campfires at night.


How can you squeeze a summer vacation between band camp, visiting grandma and grandpa, work, town events, sports events, etc? We prefer to rent by the week during the peak of the summer vacation season; however we can sometimes schedule a partial-week rental for you: Saturday-Monday (3 nights) Tues-Friday (4 nights) 1/2 the weekly rate plus a cleaning/admin charge of $75 Beginning May 15th we can accept less than full week reservations.

During the summer our weekly (Sat-Sat) rates are graduated. The shoulder seasons in June and at the end of August are less expensive than the seven weeks of the summer, when everyone wants to travel. Those who are willing to travel at the less travelled time are rewarded with savings, as shown in the rate table.

All rates subject to 5.5% sales tax. Payment: Checks and/or Cash. As a convenience for our guests we accept Master Card of Visa. However, this is the most costly and growing form of payment. We are now forced to add a 5% fee to all credit card payments.

*Unique Cabins
The six-bedroom "Animal House", two-bath cabin is the original lodge building, pre-dating 1900. No amount of loving touch-up will restore this old dame to the lass she used to be, however, she is ideal for large groups. The Animal House easily accommodates 10-12 people.

Cabins #11, #12 and Cliffside: These cabins were built during our ownership of the lodge. They include a cathedral ceiling, expansive windows, washer/dryer, 2nd half bath (2nd full bath in Cliffside) and gas fireplace. There are three bedrooms in each cabin. The loft has two twin beds (3 in Cliffside), so it functions as a fourth bedroom. Each has a deck and screened porch. Each cabin is rated for 8 persons.

Cliffside is on a bluff overlooking the lake. Cliffside has a larger screened porch and more expansive interior than #11 or #12.

CABIN INFORMATION/PERSONS PER CABIN
The cabin kitchen is completely furnished with all pots/pans/dishes/coffee maker, toaster, range and refrigerator. There is a standard bath. The beds, recently purchased, are made . we provide the linens. Please bring your own bath and kitchen towels and bath soap.

The living room includes a sleeper sofa and comfortable chairs. Every cabin has a screened porch. Many have a gas fireplace and/or a deck.

An outdoor grill is provided. There are campfire pits for all cabins. We provide firewood and boats/kayaks at no extra charge.

The listed rate accommodates two guests per bedroom. There is a charge of $30 per night or $150 per week for each additional guest. 2 max per cabin. When calculating the persons per cabin, all persons are counted, including infants and young children. In the quest to provide a good experience for all persons in your group, we urge you to respect the two guests per bedroom rating. You are creating lifetime memories on this vacation.

While there is not a TV in the cabin, there is WiFi on premise in the game room.

Although we book months in advance, at times last minute cancellations allow us to offer special pricing to those doing a little last minute planning. Give us a call today!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon confirmation, the guest is responsible for the full length of the reservation . Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full if we are able to rent the cabin to another guest during your confirmed time at the same price. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a minimum charge of $25. If we are able to rent the cabin to another guest during your confirmed time at the same price, the balance of your deposit (less the $25 service charge) will be refunded. Last minute cancellations are almost impossible to fill. We rent to guests months in advance, not on the spur of the moment. Last minute cancellations usually result in the guest losing the entire deposit and being held responsible for the balance of the reservation. Conversely, given advanced notice of at least 45 days, we are almost always able to refund 100% of the deposit.

FIREWORKS
Fireworks are banned. Thousands of people, participants and bystanders, are injured every year in the USA by fireworks. In order to provide a safe and quiet environment we are forced to prohibit all fireworks.

AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is seldom or ever needed. If you want to bring your own AC simply inform us and we will gladly calculate the additional electrical charge.

PETS
Pets are welcome. As a courtesy to all, we ask that pets are kept out of the swimming area, leashed, cleaned up after and kept off the furniture. In order to recover the cost associated with pets, there is a charge of $40 per pet. Due to the competition for food between dogs, guests' pets are not allowed at the Monday night picnic.

BOATS, KAYAKS, CANOE
A boat for your exclusive use is provided on Lake Everett. A dock is shared with the cabin next door. We keep additional boats on Lake Delta for cabin guests to share. You are welcome to bring your own boat and/or motor. Motors and extra boats are also available for rent: 3.3 hp motor is $25/day & $150/wk. There are 9 kayaks and a canoe on premise for guests to share. You are welcome to use them – no special arrangements, just get in and go. The kayaks are river kayaks with a wide mouth, which allows for a child or pet to sit in front of the kayaker. Wear your PFD!

DEPOSIT
We will gladly accept reservations by phone or e-mail, however all reservations must be confirmed with a deposit of 50%

VISITORS
Non-registered visitors to Delta Lodge must have prior approval.

Our cabin rates vary by the specific cabin, cabin size, size of your group, length of your stay and the time of year.
